More than 100 public screenings of asalto al suenño with mobile cinema in in Nicaragua,
El Salvador, Honduras, Guatemala, Mexico and the United States. Cinema going to the people, a free
cultural and political event. Direct meeting between the filmmaker, crew and the audience.
Cordiality in the comunities, opportunity to see and believe, to know, to learn... Questions, opinions,
mutual learning, consciousness and identities. Sometimes anger, sadness, desperation...also hope,
solidarity, notions to change. Cultural, political, economical, human, woman... migrant rights.
Censorship in Chiapas and Oaxaca by local political authorities. Courageous (Arriaga, Ixtepeque) and
poor spirited priests (Tecun Uman). Reunion with the film protagonists Roberto in Tecun Uman and
Eduardo (one of the Nicaraguan migrants at the end of the film) in San Francisco. Direct Cinema,
